The “SAPTEC” project was born from the corporate intent to structure a path of organizational innovation and innovation of the service offered (innovative consulting), starting from the development of an internal team of people specialized in Big Data Management & Analytics with particular reference to SAP HANA technology and – more generally – for “in memory” databases management systems.
The organizational innovation launched within SAPTEC, in addition to the creation of the necessary functional and technological skills, also focused on typically managerial aspects related to the development of a methodological approach based on international standards such as the ISO:9001 and ISO:27001 standards, necessary to the cultural and organizational evolution of the system.
“SAPTEC”, financed under the Notice 1.1.2 of the PO FESR 2014 – 2020, was developed on specific issues of organizational innovation, also with reference to the implementation of management systems based on ISO:9001 and ISO:27001 standards. The project was born from a deep knowledge of the reference market, complex and in continuous ferment, and from the development strategies that have allowed a continuous growth (in terms of staff and turnover) of the start-up in a few years from its birth, without disregarding by a necessary organizational reflection, understood as an analysis and revision of its operating and offer model.
More specifically, the project concerned the acquisition of specialized and organizational consultancy aimed at increasing business performance, through the following steps of consultancy activity:
1) Setting up the business model and the offer model;
2) Analysis and reorganization of the selection and engagement process of human resources with specialist skills (knowledge workers);
3) Organization of the continuous training process;
4) Support for the definition of a new corporate organizational model based on the international standards ISO:9001 and ISO:27001, with the aim of achieving the related certifications in the near future.
